LPi Partners with Cobb County Public Library to Bring Community Stories to Life

Every library has stories worth sharing. From innovative programs and valuable resources to the people making a difference every day, libraries play an important role in connecting and strengthening their communities.

Cobb County Public Library is finding a new way to share those stories with the launch of Cobb Library Magazine, a system-wide publication created in partnership with LPi.

The inaugural Fall/Winter 2026 issue is now available at all 15 Cobb County Public Library locations, various county facilities, and online. The magazine gives residents another way to stay informed, discover resources, and celebrate everything their library has to offer.

LPi Helps Cobb County Public Library Put Community Stories Front and Center

Built around three themes — Access, Impact, and Innovation — Cobb Library Magazine highlights the programs, people, and partnerships that make Cobb County Public Library an essential community resource.

The first issue features a variety of engaging stories, including:

• Local Creativity: A look at the library's award-winning merchandise collection featuring designs by local artists.
• Programs for Everyone: Opportunities and activities for children, teens, and adults.
• Hidden Library Treasures: An inside look at the Georgia Room, a resource dedicated to exploring local history.
• Staff Spotlights: The inspiring personal journey of Library Technician Eve Pearson.
• Library News: Updates on locations, services, resources, and upcoming events.

Together, these stories give readers a deeper understanding of the library's impact throughout Cobb County.

LPi Helps Connect Libraries with Local Businesses

Through its partnership with LPi, Cobb County Public Library has also created new advertising opportunities for local businesses, nonprofits, and community organizations.

Several advertisers in the inaugural issue participate in the library's PERKS program, which provides special discounts and benefits to library cardholders. By including these organizations in their publication, the magazine strengthens connections between the library, its patrons, and the businesses serving the community.
