LPi is transparent regarding compensation and lists the salary/hourly rate within the body of each job posting.


Can I apply for more than one position?

Yes, absolutely! If more than one role fits your skills and interests, go for it. We encourage you to apply for the role or roles that genuinely excite you and align with your experience. 


What locations are you hiring in?

We hire in multiple locations across the U.S., depending on the role. Some positions are tied to specific offices, while our outside sales positions offer hybrid flexibility. Each job posting clearly outlines the location expectations.


I don’t see a role that fits me. Can I still apply?

Yes! If nothing feels like the right match today, we still want to know you’re interested. You can submit your information via our Talent Community so we can consider you for future opportunities that better align with your background.


Can I be considered for future openings?

Definitely. When you apply or submit your interest, your information stays in our Talent Community. If a role opens up that matches your skills and experience, we may reach out— sometimes the timing just needs to catch up!

How do I apply for a job at LPi?

Head to our Careers page, find a role that sparks your interest, and click Apply. From there, you’ll complete a short application and upload your resume. That’s it! No secret handshake required.


How long does it take to fill out the application?

Most applications take about 10 minutes to complete, especially if you already have your resume handy. We respect your time and try to keep things simple.


Do I need a cover letter?

A cover letter is optional. If you have one and feel it adds context to your experience or career story, great! If not, no worries at all. Your resume does the heavy lifting.


Can I update my application after I submit it?

You sure can! Simply log back into your candidate profile to update your information or upload a new resume. Just keep in mind that changes may not always be reflected for roles already under review.


Can I apply using my LinkedIn profile?

Yes. You can apply using your LinkedIn or Indeed profile, which helps speed things up by pulling in your experience automatically. We still recommend giving it a quick review before submitting.


What should I include in my resume?

Focus on what you’ve done, how you’ve done it, and what you’re proud of. Relevant experience, skills, accomplishments, and quantifiable results are especially helpful. Keep it clear, honest, and easy to read.


Why do I need to create an account to apply?

Creating an account allows you to track your application status, apply for future roles more easily, and update your information over time. It also helps us stay organized and communicate with you more effectively.

Yes. As long as you’ve created an account, you can save your progress and come back to finish your application later. Life happens. We get it.

What happens after I apply?

Once you apply, our Talent Acquisition team reviews your application. If your experience looks like a potential match, we’ll reach out to start the conversation. If not, your application stays on file for future opportunities that may be a better fit.


How long does the hiring process take?

It varies by role, but most hiring processes take 2–4 weeks from application to offer. Some roles move faster, while others require a few extra steps. Either way, we aim to keep things moving and communication open throughout.


When will I hear back?

If you’re selected to move forward, you’ll typically hear from us within 24-48 hours of applying. Timing can vary based on application volume and role urgency, but we do our best not to leave candidates hanging.


Will I be notified if I’m not selected?

Yes. If we decide not to move forward, you’ll receive an email notification. While it’s never fun news, we believe in closing the loop.


How many interviews are there?

Most roles include 2–3 interviews, depending on the position. This may include an initial conversation with Talent Acquisition and one or more interviews with the hiring team.


Are interviews virtual or in person?

Most interviews start virtually. Depending on the role and location, later interviews may be virtual or in person. We’ll let you know what to expect ahead of time.


Who will I be interviewed with?

The first step is typically a phone interview with a member of our Talent Acquisition team, followed by an interview with the hiring manager. Some roles may also include conversations virtually via Microsoft Teams or onsite with future teammates or leaders you’d work closely with. 


How should I prepare for the interview?

Review the job posting, think of specific, relevant examples that highlight your skills, and come prepared to ask questions.  We want to understand how you work, what motivates you, and whether this role is a mutual fit.
